Refund Eligibility: We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of purchase for the following services:

• Premium subscription plans
• Individual exam purchases
• Additional feature upgrades

Refund Conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase
• No more than 25% of purchased exam credits can have been used
• Account must not have violated any terms of service
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items:

• Completed examinations and their results
• Custom development or integration services
• Third-party services or add-ons

Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

Data Retention: Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for service provision and legal compliance. Exam data may be retained for institutional requirements.

Data Rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

IMPORTANT: We do not store any payment card information on our servers.

Payment Processing: All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.

What We Store:

• Transaction confirmation numbers
• Payment status and amounts
• Billing addresses (if required)
• Payment method type (e.g., Visa ending in ****1234)

What We Never Store:

• Full credit or debit card numbers
• Card verification codes (CVV/CVC)
• Card expiration dates
• Bank account details

Platform Rights: Qmaster and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of the content you create (such as exams and questions). By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit written permission.

Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

Maintenance: We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Emergency Downtime: In case of system issues affecting exam integrity, we may temporarily suspend services to protect user data and exam security.

Service Limitations: Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Excluded Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Anti-Cheating Measures: Our platform includes various security features to maintain exam integrity, including browser lockdown, time limits, and randomized questions.

Prohibited Actions:

• Using unauthorized materials during exams
• Collaborating with others unless explicitly permitted
• Taking screenshots or recording exam content
• Using multiple devices or accounts for the same exam
• Impersonating another test-taker

Violations: Academic dishonesty may result in exam invalidation, account suspension, and notification to relevant institutions.

Your Rights: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature.

Our Rights: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.

Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

Notification: We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued Use: Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
